This is the Hepco & Becker Top box mounting system, that is built to a high standard and is bike specific.
These racks are a well designed fitting system. Unlike other luggage manufacurer's Top Box racks, this rack is a useful design which can be used when the topbox isn't attached to quickly bungee down items, or tents etc.
