This page will give all the information for Returns and ShippingWho do we use to deliver your order?You can use our Shipping calculator to work out shipping costs for any item to any country. Simply add the item/items you would like to your shopping basket, then scroll down to the bottom of the shopping basket page where there is a Delivery Country drop dowm menu. Simply choose your delivery country and press the UPDATE button. The page will refresh and show you the delivery options for your selected country for the items you have in your shopping cart.
Usually the cheapest method is already highlighted, if it is not, then simply click on the method of delivery you want and it will update the price.
If your order is over 3kg it will be delivered by a courier requiring a signature. We use DHL. Our back office systems are fully integrated with DHL which allows both you and us to track your parcels once they are despatched.You will recieve an email from the DHL system with your tracking details.
International orders can take up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on location.Small items and orders less than 3kg are usually sent via Royal Mail. Both DHL and Royal Mail make daily collections from our warehouse in the UK.
How long will my delivery take?We stock many
Kappa, Givi and SW motech items and these are usually shipped the same day for delivery within 2 to 4 days however on occasion these items can be 10-14 days, we will inform you if this is the case with your order.
With
Shad luggage, we carry the boxes however the racks come from the importers and they only stock popular models. If your bike is one of these delivery will be 2-3 days, if we have to get them from Spain delivery can be up to 6 weeks, please email before purchasing any Shad rack to check stock.
Hepco and Becker Engine bars and racks come from Germany and are delievered within 7-10 days.
Bagster items are mostly in stock however some have to come from France which can take up to 10-14 days

All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging. We aim to delivery your order within 3-5 working days. All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk, please see our repturns policy before sending items back. All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability. Small items may be delivered by post. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered. Your order may be delivered on more than one vehicle as this allows us to use specialist carriers, trained in handling your items. RETURNS This section should everything you need to know about our returns policy and how to return an item.
Our returns policy - We are committed to bringing you the best motorcycle gear at excellent prices. But occasionally we do get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped. If we have made a mistake, please accept our apologies. If we could do a better job of describing the item, please let us know by emailing us the changes to the description as you would like it,
by clicking here.About returns in general: * You can cancel undelivered orders up to the day before despatch (the day of despatch is taken to be the day we send you an email to confirm despatch)
unless the item was on special order for you from abroad, such as Bagster tank covers, some Shad racks etc. We will let you know if your order is a special order- after that please follow the returns policies.
* When you return an item to us, it is important to us that you return it
unused in its
original condition, with
all tags attached and the item returned is
protected on its journey back with the inner and outer box we used to send it to you.
Note: Unfortunately we can’t accept liability for items lost on their way to us, so we recommend you send your parcel recorded delivery as ‘posting is not proof of receipt’.
You can:

Return items within 14 days of despatch * If there is damage to the item and you want to exchange or refund the item you must notify us within 14 days of us shipping it to you
This applies to returns for refund or exchange. We will cover the cost of return. All packaging must be kept as the couriers will need evidence of the damage to both the item and the packaging.

Return items within 30 days of despatch * You can return any item back to us within 30 days of us shipping it to you if you have made a mistake (e.g
Wrong Size) or do not want the item . The item MUST be in as new condition with all tags and packaging. Yes that is all packaging. Basically it must be in a state where by if you were to receive it you would be happy it was new and unused. This applies to returns for refund or exchange. For that please use the returns address provided on the delivery note. But please note the exclusions stated below and the 30-day deadline; The refund is conditional on both. You should post the item back to us via a recorded service. We will refund the cost of the item, but not the delivery charge you paid when you bought the item. If you paid no delivery charge then we reserve the right to charge £4.99 (for UK orders) for sending the item to you initially. We can arrange a collection for you at a charge of £9.99. If we receive the item back in a poor state we will either return the item back to you or charge a restocking fee depending if it is at all saleable. It remains your responsibility to get the item back to us in as New state.

Return of faulty goods. * If the items become faulty under warranty (usually 12months) we will cover the cost of return and exchange the item for you. Please do not send an item back to us if you have broken it! (Obvious point, but it happens!) If this has happened we will not be able to refund you for the item, and will have to charge £20 admin fee.
Exclusions:We are unable to refund or accept the return of:
* Used items: Such items are not resalable not least because of safety concerns. We strongly recommend you do not remove tags/protective stickers or go out on your bike with your new gear until you are completely satisfied that you do not require a refund.
We classify items as used if the original hang tags/protective stickers are removed.
* Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough; items to be returned should be properly protected on their journey back with all the packaging we used to send it to you, including the product packaging and the corrugated outer box. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit and consequently you will lose all or part of your refund. The minimum handling charge for items not properly packaged is £20.00.
* Special Orders: We are also unable to refund deliveries we have made to you that were ‘Special Order Items’ (these include items we order in to stock from abroad for you, such as Bagster tank covers, and some Shad Racks, Hepco and Becker racks, TCP aerodynamic fairings). We may agree to take back a ‘Special Order Item’ but you need to let us know first through the Contact Us form with your order number and the items from the order to be returned.
* Batteries and battery acid: Hazardous goods transport regulations make the domestic return of these goods impossible.
* The original delivery charge.
Exceptions: If you return an item for a refund which triggered a saving or discount on your original order (for example free delivery or a saving on an associated item). The refund will be adjusted to remove the original saving or discount which no longer applies.
In a special offer bundle. we offer items together that we believe make a great team. To make it even better, we throw in an irresistible saving. As a result the returns and refund policy is different to regularly priced items:
* If you return a Mega Pack for a refund please send it back as a complete set. No partial refunds can be made and all Exclusions apply;
* Of course you can return individual items from the Mega Pack for exchange into a different size. All other conditions apply.
What you need to do to return an item No need to phone or email us, please:

*Click on view my orders
*Click on the order which contains the item you wish to return, then click "Return and item", next to the item you want to return and fill in the form.
*Please wait for our response before returning the item. If you have not heard from us after 7 days please contact us giving your returns number and /or order number.
*When you do send something back, please include as much printed detail as possible. E.g. Order number, contact number, returns number, reason for return, action required etc.
